The Secure Version

This version of the Ultra Cyber Guardian is for any organization that needs or wants a security
system around the encrypted database. It is shown in Figure 2 below:

The Second Level version has everything that the Basic version has, and some additional
security features:

· The Server Defender — This component is a Web Application Firewall (WAF) that
prevents bad actors from gaining unauthorized access to the API. Anyone who attempts
unauthorized access to the API or any other resource will be blocked after three
attempts.
· The Authentication/Authorization Component — This manages the usernames,
passwords, and access to all resources offered through the API. The authorization can
be Attribute based (ABAC), or Role based (RBAC).

The Security Store is encrypted, just like the Datastore. It has a key that is not seen by any
user.

The Authentication system can use Username/Password, 2- factor authentication, and access
using a physical key (like a Yubikey).
